Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is easy to use indeed, threshold of entry is really low. Interface is standard and very common, similar to popular text editors or graphics editors. Predefined shapes and templates help started right away. The interface is clean and non-distractive, helps to focus on task.
Lucidchart is widely used in the organisation, especially in Engineering department where quick and effective diagramming is needed on daily basis, especially for visualising processes and tech solutions.

We use Atlassian, Google, and Slack integration. It works as expected - helps in handy and quick use. Having notifications on updates, easy way to share, embed and update diagrams with the development team
Actually I can't answer as I don't needed support. However I was offered with free webinars, training sessions etc. I overlooked Learning Campus and Help Center and it seems all needed is in place.

I wasn't engaged in decision making process of choosing diagramming tool. However from what I know main reasons were:
  • eays to access and use
  • fully cross-platform web-based solution
  • lot of integration options
  • price/value ratio
  • collaboration features
  • export options
Lucidchart does well for need of quick diagrams and visualising thinking process during tech conversations, brainstorming sessions or prototyping activities. It's less appropriate for workshops where more interactions and collaboration activities are needed - for them Lucidspark does better.Sharing content with others colleagues and embedding live diagrams to produced documentation are also well served scenarios.
