I use it primarily to consult with different clients to advise on next steps for implementing a specific system or in the actual implementation ; To fulfill this need , I need to organize information in various formats ; The titles for various artefacts that I generate are as under

- Business Process Flow
- Swimlane Diagrams
- Visualization of a specific concept by picking any shape model and connecting them together
- struggle to at times straighten out the connector , it keeps going to its intended place
- shapes like chevron are missing , though I do see and able to use , but its a struggle
- Need more conventional generally accepted popular shapes and themes for api integrations, cloud integrations , Business architecture themes
- Improved perception of a specific deliverable , picture is worth a thousand words
- Time savings to sketch out a concept
- Improved productivity as things are saved and reusable
Have not used integrations with these , we use links to a lucid chart for collaboration but not true integrations per se
