Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We started using Lucidchart & Lucidsuite as a replacement for Microsoft Visio, but it does so much more than what we could do in Visio. We now use it to manage Agile ceremonies, connecting to data in our Jira support application and it is used for real-time and asynchronous collaboration for our teams. Every day we find new uses and it seems like Lucid is constantly releasing new features and functionality to help work together.
- Easily creating flowcharts and process maps
- Importing data from Jira
- Facilitating brainstorming and agile ceremonies
- The ability to synchronize with SharePoint or Microsoft Teams lists
- It can take users a bit to get used to the zoom and scroll interface but I wouldn't change it.
- We have experienced improved satisfaction with the collaboration tool over the previously used tool for collaboration Microsoft Visio
We integrate Lucid with our Jira service system allowing our technical teams to use it to seamlessly perform agile ceremonies and to help with various tasks in managing the projects and products they work with. It has proven invaluable for these teams and the functionality draws the attention of other teams who want to be able to streamline their work processes.

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Lucidchart is well beyond Microsoft Visio and is constantly improving. Visio is pretty much stagnant and hasn't been improved for several years, Lucid is constantly adding new functionality like AI powered functions and tools. We have no reason to pay for Visio licenses when Lucid can provide so much more for less.
