Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark is helping with remote collaboration and the organization of ideas dealing with strategy, content, and project management.
  • The canvas-like approach is useful for mind mapping a topic.
  • The existence of templates anticipates models of use well.
  • The interface is sufficiently intuitive, it takes very little time for "overhead."
  • I suppose, since templates are already core to the interaction, then building more of these would help.
  • Too early to say - but I like the tool.
I found it very intuitive - based on the experience of a collaborator - I think there may be some Mac bias in the interface (good for me, not so much for non-Mac users)
Have not used that but I like the sound of it.
One thing I really like is the ease of access on my iPad - simple sign-on without hassles. Please keep that.
I have not needed support. And that's a good thing.

More flexible, lighter-weight tool.
Great for collaboration around quick, early-stage thinking! Prototypes. I've not pushed it into "final deliverables."
