Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Both me and two members of my team were able to design business process flows with zero training. The drag and drop functionality is intuitive and easy to use. The wide variety of templates gives us an easy starting point and helps us organize our thoughts on the best way to capture what it is we are working on.
Our organization is in the beginning phase of a large HCM implementation. We made the decision to purchase a team Lucidchart account for myself and my HRIS analysts to document current business processes and map out new processes to ensure there are no gaps in our design. This program is extremely user friendly. It makes the tedious task of building out visual workflows much more efficient and allows us to easily access and make edits to each others work.

Lucidchart has made documenting HRIS workflows very efficient for me and my team. We have mapped out data integrations, on-boarding workflows, learning path assignments, recruiting workflows, and off-boarding processes. Lucidchart helps us give high level visual representations to our business partners. This has been extremely helpful in communicating with our non-technical business process owners who are new to systems design. Lucidchart is not a good tool for detailed process design or documentation of data integrations.
