Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Angelina’s Ristorante uses Lucidspark in order to organize the schedules of workers and to keep everyone up to date on what days they will be working for the week. This schedule is updated on a weekly basis to maintain organization within the business. Additionally, Lucidspark allows for quick changes to be made to accommodate for days in which employees are unable to arrive at work or when one may quit their job.

  • Ability for people to collaborate.
  • Increased organization.
  • Less stress on managers.
For me personally, I jumped into Lucidspark without knowing how to use it, but everything was so intuitive that I was able to easily figure out what’s where and what’s what. It really helped me and my employer to quickly transition to it and helped us in the long run.
The integrations to Lucidchart and Google Drive are the most useful as they are the ones we use most. Lucidchart is the most used feature we use on Lucidspark as it’s what’s used to organize work weeks for everyone. Additionally, the Google Drive integrations are helpful as everyone has a Google account to save their files in.
The virtual whiteboard has helped us to better take meetings online. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been forced to better social distance and Lucidspark came to the rescue to help us all out in keeping company structure and preventing us from going out of business as a result of poor management.
Overall, Lucidspark has been a great tool to use and it has helped to keep Angelina’s Ristorante in proper order. Although customer support hasn’t been used yet, I’m sure it’ll be as good as the service itself meaning that it will be next level in terms of assistance for us.

We have never used a product similar to Lucidspark before.
Lucidspark is perfect for any business trying to stay organized and maintain a proper work structure. I would recommend it for any business with more than 25 employees as it’s well suited for any of the sort. However, it’s less useful and less appropriate for smaller businesses that don’t really need something like Lucidspark to assist the business as it’s small enough to keep track of simply on paper.
