Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack

At the moment, because of COVID-19, many employees are working "at home" or at a distance. The exchange of information is very important for our business. To understand if e-mail reached our customers or our colleagues, we decided to try to use MailTrack for them who use and send e-mails from home desktops/ computers systems.
  • Tracking the "Out going" box
  • Tracking and reflecting of the "accepted"/ "reviewed" messages
  • tracking the time (of reading of the messages)
  • has ability to track messages with "attachments" even
  • Maybe better interface with (or colored ) reflection between "accepted" and "have been read" messages.
  • Maybe it is difficult to do- priorities of the tracking of out-sent messages, with consideration of their "importance markers"
  • More workability for Gmail and Hotmail , because many people of 2020 and 2021 will be working from home using thses
  • Not yet, use it for only a short time
I used the pre-installed/internal features of the "mailing box" for tracking email and correspondence. I can not say it was a perfect experience, (will not use product names), but at the moment MailTrack is better.
Very easy to use, but as mentioned before, maybe some more clear identification/colors for easy visual control of "accepted" and "have not read" messages.
For example:
  • sent/accepted messages mark - as it is, in "green"
  • "have nor read" messages the second mark - in "red"
  • when it "has been read" - the mark changes to the "blue"
At the moment all colors are the same.
Very good support and feedback. They have people that really care for the product.

MailTrack is easy to install, easy to use, and easy to "switch on" - "switch off". The extension or/ application does not need special knowledge or training to use it. You just simply add it to a computer (notebook) and switch it on. And, bingo, it works with your mailing system (out-sending folder) up to when you "switch it off. Very easy!
