It has provided greater tracking, accountability, and overall governance of our AD environment. Has provided useful in times of security incident response/ investigations as well

ManageEngine ADAudit Plus User Behavior Analytics

We have not leveraged the user behavior analytics portions of the product, so I cannot speak to this.

This has provided us with logging where we did not easily have it and allowed us to greatly increase our security posture in terms of our ability to respond to and audit events after they happen.

Yes, this solution did. It made the expansion of our efforts in this area an easy deployment, taking not more than a few days of engineer time to get fully spun up and in a state we wanted.

Support has been very responsive, which is half of the need in my opinion. They are usually able to reach a positive outcome within a few days at most, depending on severity. And have been available even at some of the oddest times I have needed them.
