Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We use Marketo for prospect, client, and partner email communications. A big initiative is with content, and webinars are a vital part of what we do. We use it for various industry updates. Marketo is great for helping with our sales funnel with such a wide array of functions. Marketing uses it mostly to help generate quality leads for sales, but we also use Marketo for product updates and client communications. Marketo has allowed us to track web traffic and help give sales reps insight into what leads are doing to give sales a better idea of what they may be interested in.

We are trying to achieve new sales, upsell existing customers, and target lost prospects/clients.
I didn't have any involvement in selecting Marketo for our organization, but I was excited to use it because it is one of four power Marketing Automation softwares. I previously used Act-On and in the short time I have used Marketo, I can say that I like it much better, and we currently do quite a bit with it.
