Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketo is being used as our marketing automation software. It integrates with our Salesforce CRM. It is being used by different marketing programs within our organization, but mainly run by our marketing operations team. We are able to enter and nurture our leads for email and nurture work flows between all marketing programs.

Different programs within our marketing organization are using Marketo to meet their marketing objectives. For me in enterprise, I am looking for lead management and prospecting. I am able to segment my audiences for vertical campaigns, for leads and suspects and prospect campaigns. We use it for email marketing, demand generation (content syndication), webinars, and task alerts to our sales teams. From setting up campaigns to getting to the nurture flows, we use Marketo for all aspects of the campaign.
