Relatively quick setup.

It is not the most intuitive tool, but it is easy for someone to pick up. Someone not as technical may struggle with it, even though the majority of users would be technical. However it is sold as an 'anyone can use this' tool.

Time to Value

Took about 2 months to do the initial setup, and been in maintenance + adding new things for the past year.

Scalability

Doesn't have great Git setup. Only has a GUI so we can't really replicate things in scale.

Alternatives Considered

Fivetran

Fivetran had better ease of use, but I chose Matillion because of pricing and flexibility.

Likelihood to Recommend

database replication and pulling data from known components.

Great tool at a fair price for what it offers. High tie-in however.
