Use Cases and Deployment Scope

MediaValet is a convenient, organized one stop shop for all of our marketing assets. From mailers, digital ads, to brochures we use MediaValet to house all our marketing items we use on a daily basis. We also can send specific assets to clients and setup permissions in use cases where we only want stuff to be viewable.

Overall very good impact- it allows us to quickly share assets with client to market products and thus make sales for the practice.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft SharePoint

SharePoint is more useful from a data standpoint. MediaValet is much easier to navigate, organize and view/share content quickly.

It is super organized and easy to navigate. I love how you can view multiple assets in a particular folder or category all at once. I also appreciate that you can download an asset easily in one click. One thing I would love to see is a better search feature and an ability to see recently downloaded items. Also would love a way to start my most used items.
