Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business
Microsoft 365 is used across our entire company. We use the email inbox, calendar, and shared drive tools. Microsoft 365 allows us to keep track of our scheduled meetings, connect with clients as well as internal contacts via email. We host all of our docs on the cloud service versus storing on our individual machines.
- Organized inbox.
- Commonly used platform.
- The calendar is easy to manage.
- Usually easy to search for emails in the inbox.
- Seems to be behind the times in terms of email rendering.
- Certain fonts and background images are not supported.
- Sometimes, it is hard to find things in the cloud drive.
- Public URLs used to share docs from the cloud expire too often.
- Not user-friendly to set up inbox FWDing rules.
- Overall has had a positive impact on our organization.
- I can not speak in numbers for the ROI, however.
It was not my decision to move to Office 365 for Business. We have used Google for Business in the past, as well. Both are good and it's mainly more of user-preference that sets them apart.
