Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate

Even though there are many other automation tools, Microsoft Power Automate is one of the best and easiest-to-use automation tool. As I'm working in an RPA-based company, we mainly use 3 automation tools, and Power Automate is one of them. As this tool is from Microsoft, It is easier to work with other apps when we use Power Automate. I created a resume downloader bot using Power Automate Cloud and Outlook applications. And I use Power Automate desktop for various kinds of website automation.
In other cases like document extraction, AI builder provides different kinds of built-in models that are easier to use.
  • In case of document extraction ,it provide faster result than Ui path
  • As it has colud flow too, we can easily integrate various web applications from Microsoft to Power automate.
  • Easy to use tool.
  • some functions in cloud flow are hard to find
  • desktop flow exception handling activities can be improved
  • If it provide more models in Ai builder, it will be useful
  • faster response
  • easy integration with other Microsoft tools
  • integrating desktop flow and cloud flow is a challenging task.
  • In case of debugging, cloud flow is not easier.
In the case of creating 'resume downloading bot' my first option is Ui Path, but that is really hard to compare with Power Automate. When it comes to power automated, cloud flow provides faster results, and triggering is easier.
AI tools are really helpful, by using AI builder, we can avail the use of various ML models and that really helpful in case of automation.
It is easy touse tools and integration with other Microsoft tools is easier.

By using it with other Microsoft tools, Power Automate is better than any other tool. It provides easy access to other applications.
