Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We used Miro to gather stakeholder feedback and questions throughout the development of a product, as a part of a process evaluation across cross-functional teams. We were searching for ways to improve communication and collaboration, while avoiding repeated missteps and mistakes on iterated projects. As consultants, we used Miro as a platform to facilitate our conversations and align teams.

Miro provides a much richer experience than documenting everything in text, which I believe engages our stakeholders more and leads to more productive and insightful conversations. Drive/Docs is great because everyone knows how to use it, but really falls short of adding value to the conversation.
