Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We do boards for tracing progress but also ones for exploring different ideas.
  • Focused ideas exploration
  • Voting sessions
  • Easy annotations
  • Jira integration
  • No ability to use multiple accounts
  • more robust image editing (filters, cropping, tint, etc)
  • Readability
  • State of a Nation style board
The more people are using the tool, the stronger it is and it's very hard to sell the tool to people who are more accustomed to more straightforward scrollable tools.
Especially for non-artists and people who don't work with those like Photoshop, it is pretty hard to convince them that it's worth the time and effort
That is one area where I appreciate the tool a lot. I like retrospectives and sessions when people can vote for the best ideas anonymously

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It's a very good tool for teams that are big and are expecting everyone to chip in with some idea. It's also good for individuals that need the information to be presented in a visual way like myself. But I don't think it's a good tool for tracking stuff and reference because a lot of people are finding the infinite boards and infinite canvas very hard to navigate in.
