Overall Satisfaction with Miro

When the corona pandemic broke out and distance working became a necessity, we looked at different solutions to accommodate our needs for hosting workshops and creative meetings, such as Google Design Sprints. The choice between MURAL and Miro finally resulted in choosing Miro and throughout the relationship, I have time and time again been positively surprised about the rate of innovation and new functions being added constantly to an already well-working platform.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Easy documentation of workshops
  • Perfect for prioritization workshops

Cons

  • Would like to see a tighter integration with PowerPoint
  • Improved productivity
  • Less travel
Easy to set up, but took a while to find the best subscription plan.
Miro has been instrumental in our ability to perform workshops with distributed teams across the country and internationally. It has also heavily increased productivity when it comes to documenting more standard type of meetings.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

When we researched and tested the two platforms, Miro had a slight advantage when it came to functionality. And since we purchased Miro, it has evolved A LOT.
Great for workshops, voting sessions and for providing a graphic overview of creatives.
Not perfect for creating timeplans and to-do lists.
