Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I'm in product management and I use Miro for two use cases:
1. Creating user flow diagrams for our engineering team to further analyze/review for new features
2. Brainstorming new feature ideas with Design team
3. Analyzing lots of ideas we have for our Product Roadmap and narrowing, etc.
  • Great for real time collaboration sessions
  • Great for grouping lots of ideas into themes
  • Efficient for entering lots of ideas for a broad and deep exercise
  • I felt the learning curve was more than I would have hoped
  • I don't know how to use the template feature. When I decide on a structure for a board, and I need to apply a structure to a large section of the board, I don't know how.
  • Improved Collaboration between Departments
Our Product and Design team is spread out over many locations/cities and we have sessions using Miro quite often. There isn't a better tool for our collaboration when we are brainstorming, roadmapping, etc.

Learning curve more than hoped. Sometimes can take a long time to create a board structure
