monday.com is being used across the entire organization for new product development, H&S, PM, purchasing and quality. It provides a transparent and flexible platform for many aspects of day to day business needs.

  • Constantly being refined.
  • Frequently adding beneficial features.
  • Excellent product support.
  • Occasionally lacks complexity for in depth customization.
The software is very usable. Customizable templates, features and automations can adapt to almost any use. There have been very few instances in which a solution can not be found to fit our application. The software is user friendly and can be quickly learned by those from all levels of technology understanding.
Customer support is very good. Inquiries were answered within 24hours and resolved. Regular software improvements and customer engagement features are excellent for continuous improvement.
Overall monday has been an excellent software. It has helped to accurately and timely track many different aspects of the business. There has been little to no downtime and the security/data backup is sufficient.

monday.com is an excellent software that can adapt to manage new product development, production scheduling, accounting , HR, H&S, customer information. We currently use the software as a small-medium size company with excellent results.
