Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- The positive impact is that we keep the production well organized.
- The negative is that my boss decided to micromanage according to the tasks, but it's her thing.
monday.com was a decision made by marketing coordinator, to manage the traffic in the graphic design tasks, from the starting point as a new task, until it's approved by the department that requested the task. Later on, other departments have been implementing it in their daily basis, and we use integrations, share views with CEOs and managers, and it's been really useful to have track on the development and process of the production side of the company, has helped us organize very well specially during the pandemic, since we've been working remotely. It's fast, friendly and I've recommended it already to other people that have requested my advice on how to organize process in graphic design.

- The time track, I'd like it to be easy to implement.
