Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently using Monday.com across our entire company— broadcast, content, sales, social media, graphic design, HR. We are all using it. It helps us organize our project timelines and workflows.

High level of board customization
Many options for task automation
Intuitive to use

Some improvements could be made to the subitems feature(which was recently in Beta) like calendar integration with main task items and the ability to easily duplicate or move them to another board.
It can be hard to undo actions once done.
Dashboards are confusing to work with.

Usability

The basics of Monday are really easy to adopt and use, however more advanced features, integrations, automations, and dashboards cause some of my teammates to turn glossy-eyed when explaining it to them.

Overall, most of the features are working as they should and it is exciting to see new features being continually added. I have only ever run into one integration that was non-functioning.

Monday is great for planning projects and keeping track of tasks/deadlines/timelines/Monday is great for planning projects and keeping track of tasks/deadlines/timelines/responsibilities/priorities/status updates, etc. It is perhaps less suited for things like scriptwriting and the content creation processes.
