Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Make schedule and organizing project easy
- Has made communication within team better
We use Monday.com for our production management tool. Keeps track of status of jobs, items needing to be complete and organized through calendar link with Google Calendar.
- We use "Updates" as a messenger to relay information about a project for everyone to see and is organized for the one project.
- The feature to tag a specific person is nice. Along with being able to see if the person has viewed a message you have written.
- Help feature is very useful for the platform and customer service is very good as well. If you are not able to find the answer through the help section.
- Our companies needs are kind of unique. To be able to customize some more fields would be nice.
- Billing department seems to slightly lack. Have had issues with changing an address on invoice and still have yet to resolve issue. Continues to show wrong address.
We have really enjoyed it for the most part. Has alot of different features most we do not use. But there are quite a few to pick from.
