Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is being used for task planning and overall work flow management in my organization. At the beginning of each half of the year we list the various tasks and goals we hope to achieve during the course of the year and use Monday.com to actively track the progress of those items.
  • We can easily plan tasks for an entire organization with ultimate ease.
  • Excellent UI and very intuitive.
  • Facilitates active collaboration between different team members.
  • All the updates should be clubbed together instead of sending them separately. For instance, if my manager assigns me five new tasks during a day, then it would be more convenient for me to receive a summary email instead of separate emails, which will only add to the clutter.
  • The app regularly sends me updates for other teams in the organization, which are often not relevant for me.
  • When being used on an org wide basis, then I need scroll down a lot to find my relevant tasks/goals. Ideally, the principal user's tasks should be on the top and all the others should be below.
I sincerely believe that monday.com is highly user friendly. The layout of the tool is very pleasing to the eye and instead of monochromatic colors, the bright layout gives you a feeling that you are using a fun tool. The ability to customize work status indicators is also a huge plus instead of the generic ones such "work in progress" or "sent for review" offered by other tools.
Customer support has been absolutely phenomenal. Whenever I have add any issues with the tool, the support staff has been proactive in resolving the issues. I have not had to follow up multiple times to get something resolved and I often get my problem resolved before the end of the day.
It has been extremely satisfactory to use the monday.com tool. To the best of my knowledge, in my one year of working with the tool, it has never been down. Additionally, monday.com has been very agile with respect to constantly adding new features and functionalities to further enhance the experience.

As a manager you can easily track the status of various campaigns/tasks and take timely steps to ensure that the target date is met. I especially like the feature which allows a colleague to state that he/she is stuck at work. This goes a long way into taking timely steps for remedial action.
