Monday.com is being used across the whole organization. It addresses the problem of communication and organization within departments. It really has helped us with creating a process that is lean and streamlined. Each department has their own workspace which allows for privacy and organization. During our meetings we can easily share our screens to present our boards accordingly and display data into nicely done charts.
- It is very user friendly, you can navigate your way to finding was you need.
- It allows you to be creative and organized at the same time.
- Helps me to keep track of multiple things at once.
- Can add more functionality to sub items, for example be able to add formulas to them.
- Be able to a group of items separately instead of to a whole board.
- Merge information on boards without having to create an automation.
The usability is awesome. The user face is easy on the eyes. I won't say it's perfect because there are some areas where things appear to be hidden and [you] have to go find things. However, when you find them the functionality is easy to add and use.
Customer support is excellent. There is always someone available when needed or even when you don't request support, monday.com makes sure to remind you that there is someone here to assist you in any way you need. If they don't have the answer for you at the moment, someone will follow up with you the next day.
Monday.com has had a great impact at our company. It has made all of us realize there is a possible way to keep yourself organized and have everything you need at your fingertips at any time. Especially throughout this year with all us of being remote, it helped us to become more connected with one another through our work. I don't think we would have survived without this management software.

Monday.com is well suited for sales [as it] helps you to keep track of your clients' needs. You [can] add whatever suitable items needed based on your clients' needs and set reminders when to follow up with them next. Also, [it] has been very helpful for product manufacturing. It has allowed us [to] keep track of different milestones and hold other team members accountable.
