Use Cases and Deployment Scope

monday.com is used by all of our departments for project management. It makes it easier to store all relevant information in one place, that everyone can easily access. When you're working from home, no problem, all the information you need is available to you if you use monday.com boards.

Pros and Cons

Track dates and spends visually with progress bars.
Easily move tasks around to different boards.
Update section allows you to make notes so that there is a log for any changes made, and everyone is across it!

When moving items/groups to another board, there needs to be the same columns. It would be great it they automatically added in the new columns that are needed.

Usability

It's very user friendly. Only gave it a 9 instead of 10 because I don't like the communication threads in the boards - I find it gets a bit messy and prefer to just email instead. But other than that it is amazing and makes life much easier.

Support Rating

Have never used it so can't comment. I find that it is very easy to navigate or find answers online so haven't needed to reach out.
