monday.com is a company wide used platform for us. It helps narrow communication platforms into one place with associated task lists on a per project basis. The status fields are extremely helpful to see where we are collectively at within a project timeline. It is an excellent resource to project and task management.
  • Task statuses are colorful and bold and easily changeable with one click.
  • The option to have a workspace be public or private, makes the platform useful for both personal task management and team task management.
  • Easy to organize a large amount of projects/lists into subcategories with select member visibility.

Templates are simple and easy to set up and replicate for use.
I have not personally needed to contact monday.com support, so I cannot speak to this matter. From the looks of it, they do provide support.

monday.com is best suited for task management. We use it for project management. After trying many other platforms, this is our top pick! It is less suited for messaging and extensive conversation, as Teams would be a more appropriate choice. Nonetheless, monday.com has comment sections when your message visibility should be available team wide.
