Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- I'm now able to schedule social media posts in advance of the piece actually being published, meaning I can be proactive rather than just reactive.
- It's allowed the whole team to have a full scope of what we're posting and when.
- We can also track how many articles are being posted in each category (music, film etc.) each month, giving us a quick glance at the variety of content we're posting.
We use monday.com for our overall content calendar, which filters into both our social media content and our digital (.com) content. Our system allows us to see what articles are being written up, then follows the flow from when they are submitted, edited, published and then amplified via social media. People are notified in turn based on where they fit in along the process, and we post automatically to our main Slack channel when a new piece is published. It also allows us to house all our assets to be used on .com and socials in one place.
- The automated system is incredible, allowing everything to work smoothly on its own.
- The fact that you can add assets of all sizes is really helpful, so they can be accessed by the whole team.
- Providing comments on individual projects is really useful, almost replaces Slack.
- I'd love to see monday.com actually integrate with social media schedulers, that would be amazing.
I've never had any issues with monday.com not working as designed - it's always been reliable and I trust the automations to be actioned automatically as planned.
