Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Has allowed me and my team to be more productive.
  • The columns for tracking are great to help ensure we are thorough.
Monday.com has helped to minimize the need for multiple Excel spreadsheets and action logs for my team. The ability to have one space for our entire team to work, update, collaborate and share has been a tremendous improvement to our productivity and has helped in how we present our work to other teams/vendors for media buying and planning.

The abilities that the Monday.com platform offer are endless and can seem overwhelming in the beginning but with the easy-to-use help articles and awesome online tech support, you'll be a pro in no time!

Pros

  • Allows my team to quickly update, track and share content in our marketing plans.
  • Filters and features galore! Something for everyone to help make it easy to use.
  • The ability to export the plans to share and manipulate data.

Cons

  • Telephone help would be amazing!
  • Having account reps would be awesome for corporate accounts.
  • A more thorough run through when first logging in to navigate the platform.
The user-friendliness of this site is on point and totally easy to navigate. It can seem overwhelming at the beginning, but with frequent use and help from the articles, all users can be professionals on Monday.com in no time.
The online help team is amazing! I had 7 people respond to a ticket in less than a few hours after rigorous discussion. The only downside is I'd love to have a live voice helping.
10/10 in terms of features and working time/productivity. We don't have Monday.com integrated with any other platforms at this time.

Monday.com is amazing to use in project management, media planning, marketing planning, and use for Sales teams. It allows you to put everything into one place. Personally, I'd like an easier way to share and have users within the team have an easier viewing process for the boards.
