We use monday.com for day to day management of our tasks. This could include to-do items on client briefs or internal admin tasks. It's being used across the design team, account management team, HR & recruitment and personally by the team for their own admin needs. It helps us streamline tasks into one place so they are easily accessible by the whole team which in turn means we can all be on the same page, not to mention share information and updates in a centralised place.

- Templates- endless possibilities
- Diverse industries- works across many sectors
- Phone App- means I can have monday.com on the go
- Perhaps have more integrations
Overall the impact is very positive. Time-saving is the most valuable ROI.
