monday.com is being utilized throughout the whole organization in every department. We use it as a tool of organization to arrange all of the tasks that we maintain and execute. We feel as if we have barely scratched the surface of monday.com. There is so much to offer.
I think that monday.com offers many different templates that can be useful within various different industries. The templates help you build out what you need but saves you time. Different departments can use the most useful template for themselves. The automation is great because anytime a team member gives me an update on a board I am subscribed to, I will receive an email notification.
I did not speak with the customer service, but my team did in the beginning and they were very responsive.
monday.com helps me collect and gather information for my company easier and in once place. There are endless amount of features to customize and create the software exactly how you need it for your uses.

You do not need to be in one location. monday.com helps you to be remote while still being able to communicate very effectively with teams. You can create and maintain a CRM within monday.com and I have found this the most useful.
