- Users can sometimes not feed back information into monday.com when things are going good.
We use monday.com to organize and track sales orders, production planners and account managers have easy excess for each sales order that is being processed. We are a steel fab shop with a wide range of capabilities. Before monday.com we lost track of a lot of orders and we never had a good grasp on what capacity we were running at. That resulted in a lot of late deliveries and rush orders.
- Customization for the not so "computer savvy" people.
- Great automation options to take care of mundane tasks.
- Low cost.
- Easy to use and control user permissions.
- Can export and import from Excel.
- I'm not a biggest fan of the app, hard to navigate without accidentally changing stuff.
- Would like to be able to undo for more than 48 hrs.
- Be able to scan QR codes to do automatic updates.
Works perfect. Have had it for 3 years, no bugs. Just some browsers might be faster than others.
