Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it as a ream to manage our roadmap, tasks, sprints and track progress in all. It helps us to manage everything in one place rather use multiple products. This makes us be more productive as a team and save us a lot of time that beforehand was dedicated to long syncs & catchups

Pros

Cons

  • Very large databases are hard to follow
  • Notifications are not always relevant for me
  • Interaction between users is not intuitive (leave comments, attachments)
  • Save time
  • Team is more productive
  • Everything is more organized
Onboarding is simple. UI is solid and navigation is quite easy to get.
I haven’t interacted with Monday.com CC so I dont have a solid opinion
It always worked great. I don’t remember any issues or down time from my start date of using the product.

Great for small-medium teams to manage their tasks, roadmaps, track progress and assignments. For large-scale teams, it sometimes gets too overloaded and a bit hard to find your relevant board. Also, inner communication could be improved- messages, comments, attachments, and feedback loop. If you work with other relevant products such as Jira, Figma, etc; the integrations are quite nice.
