Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We work across EMEA which involved 21 brands and 19 different markets. This creates a lot of individual briefs every day; circa 45. When we first started our collaboration with this company we had a briefs inbox but it was hell on earth trying to keep on top of this. Therefore, we implemented monday.com as a project management tool. We onboarded all of our clients across EMEA who all now engage with the platform instead of emails. This has made managing work load and timelines of projects 100 times easier.
- Sectioning tasks into different stage statuses
- Automations for practically every element of the platform
- Seamless reporting and exporting features
- Create automations for guest users - i.e. notify a client when their ticket is ready
- Create time based notifications - i.e. once a ticket has been delivered for over two weeks, send a chaser to client.
- We have saved over 80% of client management time by using monday.com by saving time briefing developers, and saving time receiving and digesting briefs by using the forms.
