Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for all our our sales pipelines and project processes. It's a central place where we assign tasks, record sales information and place important documents and information that's easily accessed by everyone. By centrally managing our projects in monday.com, it's quick and easy to find where things are at and for anyone to jump in anywhere in the process. The fact that notifications and processes have become automated has made managing project so much simpler and has allowed us to track progress and even helped reduce our overhead expenses.

  • would like to see client invoicing features to generate quotes and invoices and collect payments right from monday.com as a native feature, not a third party add-on

  • improved sales pipeline time by traking and managing project tasks
  • automations save a lot of unneccesary communication that was prone to mistakes
In my opinion, it's best suited to be used by those with a mind for process and software functionalitty. You also need to be passionate about it to get the most out of it. It takes time to get it setup to work how you want it to but once it is, it's a dream to use.
Haven't needed to access support as I've been able to figure it out on my own without much help. The user forums are helpful when something really needed solving.
The odd time monday.com has crashed or timed out for it bit but it was just a temporary inconvenience. Overall it works as needed and I am still discovering new functions and uses for the sorfware.

Vectorworks Landmark, Landscape Management Network (LMN), Clockify
It's great for businesses with a lot of projects on the go and more than one person dealing with them. It's a great tool to keep organized.
