Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com is greatly being used as dashboard to display incoming/outgoing, approvals, revisions, and everything in between. Using this tool has allowed great communication between me & the night shift, having monday.com downloaded on my phone using the app to check up when needed or even be alerted when they complete a job or encounter any issues has help us greatly. My day to day use to create job numbers along with the needed info, and downloaded files to work on the next job. We now have over 700 tasks and monday.com still performs perfectly across the board.
- Organize our day to day allowing us to use monday.com as a funnel to then display and clean and easy dashboard is a huge plus
- Automation tools, Using monday.com's automation features gives us a even faster workflow
- Customization, monday.com offers many modules that will make it work for you, built by you
- I think the versions could be a clearer/cleaner feature
- Automation works great but would be nice if there were some presets to give a foundation

monday.com impacted our overall experience as the work management software greatly, allowing us to display whats going on behind the scenes on a easy to read dashboard.
