Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com to keep all of the info we receive pertaining to our Participants in our program, as well as keeping information on all the resources/providers that we work with on a daily basis.

Pros and Cons

it's easy to use/navigate
it's a great platform for what we need it for
it's good at keeping us informed when new information is added to our case files.

To be honest I really don't have any complaints at this time.

Return on Investment

It does save time with finding the information that is needed on each participant.
It is also very easy to access the information on resources from outside providers.

We are a reentry/career development program that focuses on the returning citizen community and we receive applications from potential candidates on a daily basis, monday.com gives us the platform to keep all of their information organized and easily assessable for our team to add or edit information. It also allows us a platform to keep all the information about the resources that we have for our participants from outside providers.

My day always begins with monday.com
