Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com in two manager aspects. First, for account management. Most of our contracts are handled via Salesforce, but we've found it to be a poor tool for the rigors of tracking and implementing customers with our product. monday.com makes that task significantly simpler. Also, we have several large operational tasks that occur each year that run parallel to our account management. We're able to use monday.com to coordinate between operations and customer success to make sure those projects run smoothly.

Everyone on monday.com works just like they say it will and the project has rarely if ever failed us. The only issue I have here is when you're working with several large boards the system does seem to run slower.
