Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use it to organise our internal processes. For example our customer onboarding pipelines are fully organised through monday.com. We also use it for technology inventory management where we can keep track of different assets, communicate around changes to those assets, problems faced etc. In this way it becomes a continuous record of interactions around specific assets.

- The integrations are sometimes hard to manage
- The notification system can get quite unclear
- Faster delivery timings
- Reduction in unused/waste resources
- Improved communication around deliveries
It has had good uptime, I think we had two instances where it was down. In general the features we use it for works well and have been stable over time. We have sometimes found it a bit slow but these have typically been passing issues and not something we continuously experienced.
