Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it to organise our internal processes. For example our customer onboarding pipelines are fully organised through monday.com. We also use it for technology inventory management where we can keep track of different assets, communicate around changes to those assets, problems faced etc. In this way it becomes a continuous record of interactions around specific assets.

I think many things are very useful however the flexibility and dynamic nature of monday.com can sometimes make it complex to work with for simpler use cases. It is really the case that one has to start small and build out simple things and only very gradually add more complex features. I think it would also be quite difficult to handle more structure change management.
It has been okay. We haven't needed much.
It has had good uptime, I think we had two instances where it was down. In general the features we use it for works well and have been stable over time. We have sometimes found it a bit slow but these have typically been passing issues and not something we continuously experienced.

I think for distributed teams with highly dynamic tasks that require a lot of coordination, monday.com can be really good. Especially when there are not strict formatting or setups already defined. It can allow the team to discover the fields and datasets that they require. It may be less appropriate where those processes are already highly specified with specific data sets that are required, since those things will be harder work to model inside the very dynamic interface of monday.com.
