Use Cases and Deployment Scope

What DON'T we use Monday.com for?!? This platform is truly incredible and we use it for anything we can! Our business has a ton of moving parts and Monday.com has allowed us to easily manage our projects and initiatives under one roof. Our team uses it to keep track of their individual tasks and projects, our management team uses it for project management of our company-wide initiatives, and we've built out tracking and automations to streamline the operational changes our clients undergo (from accounting and agency management system migrations to onboarding new users), and even use a calendar board to monitor the creation and distribution of our marketing content!

The platform is so easy to use! The best part is that you can start off with the basics, and it will still serve you well. Then you can expand into the additional features and templates, and it will open the door to endless possibilities for your organization to track, automate, streamline, and organize.

Support Rating

FAQ videos are fantastic and the Support team has been responsive and collaborative - it's critical with any platform that we be able to share what are intended goal/outcome is and work with individuals that are excited to help us make those a reality. That is the type of support we get from the Monday.com team!

Reliability & Availability

I struggle to think about how we would operate without Monday.com now that we have interwoven it into so many of our organization's operations. It is so fast and reliable, and we have yet to experience any downtime with the platform. Overall, it operates smoothly and efficiently, which lends to our increased efficiencies!

I've recommended Monday.com to all of my colleagues because I think the platform lends itself to pretty much any division or industry. It is great for tracking any type of progress/initiatives, storing checklists, organizing notes, creating timelines for projects or tasks, task management, and automating components of processes or workflows to limit the amount of manual work involved.
