The templates are super helpful. I get to spend less time creating boards and more time making them customized to our specialized process and what our team needs to function. The ease of use is extremely important as it helps us really customize and enjoy the workspace we are in. Even members of our team who are not "tech savvy" can figure out how to manipulate the features to work for our business.

We haven't utilized this feature. There are helpful videos and FAQs that we have utilized however we have not met with or spoken to the Customer Success Manager. Additionally, we do not have the Enterprise version of the software so I am unable to give a review nor rating regarding this specific question.

We utilize complex workflows that require flexibility and ease to determine which step we are on, what is completed and who's responsibility it is. Many of the other platforms I've used have too strict of rules around their workflows. Additionally, the colors are helpful for our visual team to enjoy working and checking on the status of projects.
