Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our Team and I we love monday.com. We use it for our project planning, CRM and for work docs every day. The automisation for many things save so much time. It’s a fantastic collaboration tool for every team member and the onboarding of new employees are very easy and fast.

We are happy every day about this tool that makes our work easier and saves time and money in many areas. Our customers are also enthusiastic, to whom we grant access in some areas, it is also extremely easy for them to understand.
I can only weakly evaluate this performance because a direct request had taken several days and does not lead to the goal, it was about the extension to the enterprise version and the activation in the corresponding areas to extend or restrict the user rights. Opportunities should be created here, especially for smaller companies
The overall performance of monday.com is fabulous, it was easy, everyday life saves time and is helpful for everyone in the team, the communication about this is easy and very easy to understand for new employees and even inexperienced customers .We have firmly integrated into our daily work on monday.com
