The business uses monday.com in many different ways storing information in different boards and none linking to each other. The data we hold could be really powerful if the boards were able to be pulled together. For example, we needed a tool for use in the project management that was easy to use, build and create. This was as simple as it came we get (almost) what we require and this has been well received around the departments that will be stakeholders in the roll out to clients and colleagues. This is phase 1 and are looking at linking other boards that our business uses to create a major piece of technology that pulls all departments data together. We are now also looking to link in project reporting and dashboards to present to clients which again will be a powerful method of communication
- Different forms of dashboard data to provide updates on project status
- Linking data from other boards to consolidate and automate data
- Automation of a checklist with the click of a button - creating consistency
- Reporting into Excel - not the greatest
- Knowledge when there is an issue with monday.com
- Workbook and boards collaborating
- The Project Management board will simplify two departments and provide auto generated task/checklists
- This will provide global consistency and easily identify blocks to the project
- This will details both to the business and the client the overall global project status
This will be a game changes for our departments and can't wait to get this rolled out
