Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it to make the direct upload of our campaigns in our platforms, making all the process more automated and easy to manage. Also, we use it as a way to implement some improvements internally in the company, such as reviews of our products, individual tasks for the upcoming week, performance of each employee, etc.
  • Gives us a variety of arrangements so we can personalize the best way to display our work
  • Considerable amount of integrations with other platforms
  • Easy interface, intuitive use
  • Adding colors to each folder, to make it even more different visually
  • Sometimes there are some bugs with the upload of images, where it duplicates the file
  • When you select multiple lines and then the information duplicates automatically, but if there was one file that I didn't want to duplicate I have to go to every line and delete it there, I can't do it in bulk

It's very intuitive, even if it is the first time of someone using the platform it's very easy to understand all the folders and how to create your own board. When it comes to the integration, I didn't participate on it myself, but it does work perfectly and suits my job in the way I need it.
I've never used the customer support of monday.com. It seems that the service has a high quality, with a fast response and people that actually would understand your problem or situation. But personally I wouldn't be able to say something about it because I've never had an issue with the platform.
Monday.com is very reliable and helps me manage my and others tasks. As I'm still working as a content manager but also managing a team, it is really important to have different boards and be able to see in a divide way everyone's workflow. Being able to create labels such as priority, name for the campaigns, version type for the creatives that will be uploaded help us track better our work and to understand where to focus our efforts.

Monday.com has been helping in different scenarios when it comes to my daily tasks. I can organize the amount of work I need to do, dividing it according to my priorities. Also, as a team leader now, it became easier to control the workflow of each of my teammates. I think it wouldn't be too appropriate to take notes for a meeting, there is some improvement when it comes to creating a notepad that you can use.
