Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com because we work closely with three partner companies. Monday.com offers the possibility to add all the necessary 'external colleagues' to our monday.com environment. Next to this, the flexibility monday.com offers to configure boards makes monday.com an application which can be used by all teams for a variety of needs.
- Flexible configuration of boards
- Possible to collaborate with external companies
- Jira plugin needs some extra features
- The calendar only has the option to schedule half an hour timeslots. Begin and end time would be so nice. (add start end to date column?)
- Overview of projects of different teams
- Insights in performance third party games
We might had two issues so far, this was a general issue for all monday.com users and was solved very quick.
