Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use monday marketer to plan and implement the creation of all the content for our subscription platform. My team uses it to review ongoing projects, tasks, and more. It lets them always know what the next step is in their process while it allows me to see an overview of all the moving parts across all the projects at once.

I've used Asana and prefer monday marketer. I've compared with friends who use Asana and the functionality seems to be fairly similar, but the interface of monday marketer just makes more sense to me—sort of like Microsoft vs Mac.

monday marketer is great for managing content planning and creation. We use it to track the planning, recording, editing, and marketing of all our podcast episodes. We also use it to track and manage negotiations for distribution rights. Our social media calendar is planned within it so that each department can see when and what other departments are posting. We've cut down on emails with it as well. I'd say it's less appropriate as a personal planner or calendar manager, or for providing instructions.
