Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM
I use it as a lead tracker and to keep our team informed. We have a lot of leads that come in, and organization is critical in making sure our operation runs smoothly. It also helps to keep all parties informed because of its auto features, like the emails it sends out. We also appreciate the reminders letting us know when to follow up.

- Bumping up follow up clients to top of list to prevent them going to the bottom.
- Give alerts to phone so they do not get lost in emails.
- Positive: keeping whole team updated.
- Negative: congesting the emails.
- Positive: Accountability and reminders.
Monday has a much cleaner and easier-to-manage format. There is also more customer support as with the other CRM; it takes a bit of time to have the request sent in to look at the issue. I also like that it has a mobile app so I can check on the phone whenever possible.
