Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

We track leads and buyers within our Monday Sales CRM for both our live events and online business.
Monday allows us to:
  • Grant product access in Kajabi via Zapier connections
  • Track payments and account status
  • Update account information in Kajabi (Zapier)
  • Track and assign incoming emails from our buyer's list to the appropriate team member to ensure quality customer care
  • Monitor customer contact and flag customers who have not been contacted within a set date range
  • Track product fulfillment for various products and services within a purchased package (including start and end dates that are unique to each customer)
  • so much more...
  • Integrates with numerous other programs, applications, software, etc.
  • Organizes data for various departments (including creating items in different departments when statuses change)
  • Automates processes
  • Provides multiple views of the customer data to effectively sort and organize for productivity
  • I love the ability to email from within the program, but it's a little bit clunky, sometimes mildly glitchy
  • It would be amazing if duplicate line items could be flagged and merged easily, but this is not currently a feature
  • Monday sales CRM allows us to operate at a higher level by organizing projects and customers so we can manage tasks and continually make progress
I've tested out a few platforms. I don't even remember some of the ones I've tried, but the closest one I can think of may be ClickUp. I liked ClickUp, but it doesn't seem to have the same level of functionality as Monday. I just seemed to "click" better with Monday.com. It seems more intuitive to me personally.

Other than Monday being my love language? With any platform there is a learning curve. Monday.com has great support, a community where you can ask questions, tutorials, lots of templates, and so much more. The templates even contain instructions on how to use them as designed (but are very adaptable as well).
Every time I've reached out to support they've been very helpful!
I absolutely love Monday.com. I love that monday sales CRM allows me to have a central hub for all of our systems so we can track and share information and make sure everyone has what they need. It's a process to get everything running the way we want it, but I'm very systems-minded so it's very much like working a puzzle. When the pieces fit perfectly and it does what we want, it's very satisfying. It's flexible for those who want to automate processes and integrate systems or those who just want to do the basics and record their data in one place.
