Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

We use monday sales CRM to track our weekly, monthly and yearly sales. We are able to categorize our leads to determine whether or not they are hot leads in order to prioritize them amongst our sales staff. We also use monday sales CRM to track our equipment rental side of the business so we know when the equipment is due back as well as inventory so we know when we need to order more equipment. We also use it to schedule our warehouse deliveries so they know which equipment needs to be packaged up for delivery and what day it needs to be done by. I also use it to track our social media and email marketing so I know whether or not things are working or need to be changed. We also use it to track our demos so we know when our traveling salesman has availability.

There isn't anything close to what monday sales CRM does besides Google Sheets but it is less interactive and could easily be messed with. monday sales CRM makes it easy even for people who are technologically challenged to be able to create a board or dashboard to work for whatever they want. The automation also makes it easy to move things around the board without manually having to do it.

It is incredibly simple to use as it is very similar to using a excel spreadsheet. People that are not technologically gifted can still use monday sales CRM effectively and efficiently without wasting their own time. It has allowed us to streamline our sales reporting and tracking which has made forecasting a breeze.
Their support is very quick and simple and they have actually taking my constructive criticism and implemented it into their product. For example I asked them if there was a way to update their goal widget to be able to tag a specific group in a board I was using and it was updated the next week
If you have issues with keeping track of things like sales, clients or just regular daily tasks then monday sales CRM is perfect for you. It is essentially an online spreadsheet that gives your entire team the ability to update it and add notes to each task. I don't really see a scenario where it isn't appropriate because each workspace can be made to work for whatever you need.
