Overall Satisfaction with MS SharePoint
Use is department-wide. It acts as a shared drive so that we all have access to important documents. This allows us to have instant access to documents we may need at a moment's notice. Therefore, we will not have to rely on others to get relevant documents when we need them. Plus, this ensures that the documents we need will be up-to-date.

MS SharePoint is stronger than Google Drive in most ways (organization, for example) but Google Drive has much better excel capabilities. So we do use Google Drive for many of our excel tables over SharePoint for this reason. For example, Google Drive excel spreadsheets allows multiple people to edit spreadsheets with drop down menus right in the application but SharePoint does not.
