Overall Satisfaction with Newswire

I've used Newswire for a year now. It's intuitively designed and easy to use. When press releases need tweaks before they can go out on the wire, the team gives us actionable feedback on what to do. Our press releases are heavily circulated and persist on sites months or even years later. Very satisfied with this service.
  • Distribute press releases in media
  • Advise on edits that will lead to publication
  • Provide press release packages to save money
  • Provide more understanding of why certain press releases get less pickup
  • More backlinks improving SEO
It's very easy to use.

Yes

Yes

Did implementation of Newswire go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Newswire again?

Yes

If you need to get a press release out on the wire with targeted local distribution, Newswire is excellent at this. It also shines in getting national distribution. When we have done national distribution we have also seen some international pickup. It is a good way to get your press release out there.

Newswire Support

When we have needed support, the Newswire support team has responded quickly and been very clear about what we need to know. We have never had a significant issue and they have been very helpful at cleaning up any points of confusion on our part. I always feel like they have my back.

We never purchased premium support for Newswire because we never felt we needed it. The basic support they provide is so effective that we do not need anything more. I honestly didn't know premium support was an option. I can't envision a situation where we would need premium support for Newswire.
